Re: TV boyfriend or girlfriend

Thanks, crocmommy, for starting a new topic of non-financial and non-political nature. TV boyfriend would be Mr. Reece from "Person of Interest". I just feel completely protected and all is well with the world when he's on Tuesday night.

There's more than one guy with dread locks on any given team, at any given time.

RC, I will say a prayer for that young lady. She has such a lesson to learn. May be see the light and there are people out there to help her, only if she's wanting the help. I hate to see a baby being brought into such a horrible situation.

I haven't seen him, but we're Channel 11 watchers. I like Whitney Drolen but when she's on vacation and Tammy takes over, I cannot hit the mute button any faster.

Re: A challenge I'll take......

I've been challenged but have been putting it off because I'm doing it with another friend of mine. I seriously don't want to do it, as I hate that feeling of having anything dumped on my head other than shampoo. Ha! I'm going to propose what you did, LL. I don't know anyone with ALS, however I take...

Re: Your most prized possession

My kitty cat and a gold James Avery bracelet my dad gave my mom many years ago. I've spent the last ten years cleaning out, keeping only what is near and dear to me and I can safely say I could put my possessions in a shoebox and be happy. The rest is simply stuff. I held on to family heirlooms for ...

Tonight = my husband is working this evening so I'm doing something simple like ham salad.

Re: Yes! A "cold front" arrives tomorrow

I was watching a news program the other morning and a segment was done on our cooler summer. A "reputable" scientist from NYU came on and told us that the polar vortex was the cause of the north pole coming to pieces, shifting cooler weather to us in the summer. I have no idea is this is t...

Rep. Granger is the only one with any common sense to this matter, and she'll work to get something done that will work for all parties involved. She pulls no punches.
