Racism--I can't define it but I know it when I see it. When you are watching the local news, if you hear a story about a gas station or a 7/11 robbery, what color of the robber jumps to mind? (Something always does ... our brains traffic in symbolism) No colour springs to mind...the words thieving ...

This Australian surfer has a very lucky escape. The whole thing was caught live on TV as he waited to take part in a surfing competition.

I have stages where I cant get to sleep, stages where I can get to sleep but am wide awake a couple of hours later, and stages when I can get to sleep and only my bladder urgency wakes me up :roll:
At present I am sleeping quite well....I doubt it'll last.
