It's time to impeach
I just read that Obama has ordered the Border Patrol to allow known Mexican gang members to enter the country at will. I've opposed impeaching Obama because I don't think there are 67 votes in the Senate to throw him out of office. We've reached the point that we're going to have to try. The House c...

Re: Wal Mart Lack Of Common Sense
I read somewhere that we are turning into a nation of cell phone zombies, walking around like the undead with a phone stuck to our head.
I agree.

Re: It IS GW's fault......
So did Rumsfield lie ? I'll let you answer that question. Rumsfeld said he knew where Saddam's WMDs were and that they were in the Tekrit- Baghdad area. On June 21, 2006 the U.S. House of Representatives Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence released key points from a classified report from th...

Re: It IS GW's fault......
Some of it was lies. Rumsfeld: "We know where the (weapons of mass destruction) are. They're in the area around Tikrit and Baghdad and east, west, south and north somewhat." He couldn't have known where WMDs were because there weren't any. Yes there were...and Rumsfeld was right. Large st...

Re: It IS GW's fault......
And many Dems went right along with Bush, until the going got tough, Bill, Hillary, and Kerry come to mind. They were all wrong. The most laughable defense of Bush is the one that goes- 'if Bush lied about WMDs in Iraq, then so did Kerry, Hillary, Clinton etc, because they said the same thing'. Tha...

Re: It IS GW's fault......
The first Half-Wit Prof is half right; although Bush never linked Al-Queda with Saddam as near as I recall . Bush's Folly is being exacerbated by Obama's Folly in failing to negotiate an agreement to keep some forces in place and his reckless actions in Syria, Libya, and elsewhere. Sure Bush linked...

Re: It IS GW's fault......
Well, before you start flying peace doves over Saddam's grave, note that the death toll from the current festivities in Iraq is miniscule compared to the hundreds of thousands who died in his wars with Iran. Read up on which nation promoted, aided and instigated Saddam's war with Iran. Yep, you gue...

The longer this board exists the more spam will be posted here.
It'll get to be 40 or 50 spam posts a day- or more.
I commend Steve for taking on the job. I wouldn't want it and wouldn't have time for it on a daily basis.

Music will be dubbed in, I'm sure.
I read he will do the singing.
He can't be worse than George Hamilton was in the 1963? Hank Williams movie.

Re: Homemade salsa recipe
I always scratch my head when I see "whole lime" or "whole lemon" in a recipe.
Lemons and limes vary from a little bigger than a ping-pong ball to huge.
The size you choose can make a lot of difference in the amount of juice that goes into the recipe.

Re: Rick Perry in big trouble
Well you can always vote for the Dems. What is wrong with looking at political races, and choosing the candidate, rather than the party? I supported a Democratic DA for years. He was a good man, tough on crime, conservative. My wife coached his daughter; I served on a jury for a trial he prosecuted...

Senator did indecent things with animals
Senator Thad Cochran: “[We’d] get back [to the Pine Belt-Hattiesburg area of Mississippi] as often as we could because it was fun—it was an adventure to be out there in the country and see what goes on,” Cochran said of his childhood and how parts of his family lived in the central part of the state...

Re: Iraq: The big picture
Not to brag, but I said here years before we left that when we did there would be a civil war and the govt. we installed would be overthrown. Yes and that won't be the end of it. Iran will move in to "protect" the Shiite population. It will wind up taking Iraq over and creating a radical ...

Chelsea Clinton: What my dad taught me
I don't know if this is a joke or intended to be serious. Chelsea Clinton, who grew up in a White House dogged by scandal but one that also protected her from the media's spotlight, credits her dad's "words and even more his actions" for teaching her right and wrong. Chelsea said that Bill...
