Face Book and its censors

I'd post this over there-well, I'll try--but I am pretty sure FB will delete it. Rather surprising that one of the most famous photos in news world is not acceptable over at FB. http://www.aftenposten.no/meninger/kommentar/Dear-Mark-I-am-writing-this-to-inform-you-that-I-shall-not-comply-with-your-r...

Re: Skip Bayless und Fox News?

I get it. The flaming liberals like him and the "right thinking" Conservatives don't. I find this amusing. Right away you had to label a sports writer. Do weather reports fall into the categories also? Lol As mentioned, he is a self important ass. Bubba and Mayhem are only 2 I have ever k...

Re: the best illusion i have ever seen (hope i didn't get it here ...

OK, please spell it out in detail for me.

I thought to be called an illusion it should look like "a" but upon closer examination, it is "b"

Tell me what I am supposed to see.

Re: the best illusion i have ever seen (hope i didn't get it here ...

On Steve's enlargement, it appears that there is a face in the crack between the bricks.

Is this supposed to be a small creature, or is the illusion that the rocks appear to have a face.

I'm sorry for all this confusion on your post.

Re: Restaurant experiences

It takes a lot to make me say "never again" and I usually don't ever return to see if things changed. However, noisy restaurants make me want to stay away and I have accidentally returned to noisy ones. Love the food at Fernando's on NWHwy, but we don't go there often because there seems t...

Making the Grand Canyon not so grand

by turning it into a theme park. :( There is a proposal for a $65MM tourist development at the East Rim that would include a tram down to the river, riverwalk, amphitheater, food pavilion. It sounds kind of cool, but not at the Grand Canyon where the beauty and wonder is its natural state. At least ...

Recipies from the Pioneers

Interesting.
I cry "foul" on one recipe. It says to wrap the yam in aluminum foil--Don't think aluminum foil was on the covered wagons!

Anyone feel the earthquake around 7 AM?

My brother up in Aubrey felt it.
It was the one in Pawnee, OKlahoma. News says it was felt as far north as North Dakota.
It was a 5.6
