The kissing may be hard to deny..the dollar rolling can be easily explained away if there is no other evidence.

What would be a good explanation for rolling up a dollar bill in a night club bathroom? Not trying to be a smart-ass; I just can't think of one.

Re: Manzel going down the wrong road?

As long as he plays football as hard as he parties, let him roll. Joe Willy eventually got it out of his system, and hopefully he will to. If he does well on the field, all will be forgotten & forgiven. If he stinks up the field, he could be the 2nd Mother Teresa, and the fans will tear him a ne...

1. This number will be adjusted down dramatically. I always is, and the new number won't get the headline.

Re: John Wiley Price --is his fate finally sealed?

I'm not sure he goes to the pen. He probably knows where a lot of bodies are buried, and I think that although he talks a big game, JWP would turn on his own mother to stay out of the slammer. This is what I think Rivkind is busy doing - cutting a deal. Unless he can turn on someone higher in the f...

Re: John Wiley Price --is his fate finally sealed?

His silence is deafening. If the charges were city/county/state, he would be crowing all over the press, and calling in favors from his connections. Since it's the Feds, he has to sit down, shut up and let his lawyer run the show. IMHO he'll be heading to Federal Prison before too long. You can bet ...

Re: What's your booze of choice?

Around the house/everyday beer - Miller lite Restaurant/Bar (if on tap) - Guinness, Deep Ellum IPA, Stella Artois, Shiner Wine - usually Italian reds, I do like some California whites - especially Chardonnay if really "oakie" flavored. Liquor only occasionally, but when I do I like single-...

Yes, I did. He said yes. However it was an unusual event in that he was her step-father and her biological father was still alive. It was a very stressful time for my wife as she was on decent terms with her biological dad ever since her parents' divorce. She was 8 yrs old at the time of their divor...

Re: Hillary says she's not truly well off

The part about Hillary should have won in 2008, I do not agree with. I think this is something I was and am still more in tune with, than anyone else here..that there was no way this country was NOT going to vote for a black man, when finally given the chance. There are certain segments of voters t...

I hope you're right, but I won't believe it until she has a serious contender. Someone also, who has some money to back their challenge. Give the devil her do, the Clinton machine is formidable.

Facts will clarify, but it sounds like they've made a decision to be found guilty of obstruction & destroying govt property, than the Issa charges. It's the only way to protect the higher-ups (IMHO).

Re: The coming gasoline glut

This guy is basing his glut prediction on a report published last Nov. Does he realize that Iraq is probably going off line soon for the indefinite future. The US fracking fad is fading out . I'd say it's more likely we'll see $5.00 gas before long. Exxon is betting otherwise: "Exxon Mobil pla...

Re: How's Hillary's Book Doing?

I don't think Hillary will run. Her pre-campaign preening and posturing is falling like a lead balloon. The public is tired of her lies-even Democrats. I disagree. I think she is more driven than ever to run. I think her ego, and sense of entitlement after being upstaged by an African American, won...
