Thank you!! Sorry I missed this, I was babysitting my four grandchildren (1, 5, 6 and 8) for a couple days. I didn't have much computer time, LOL. Have you started teaching the oldest girl how to change flats and fuel up the car/truck. :D That is Pawpaw's job. I teach cooking, manicures and makeup ...

I didn't make a stink, I just presented comps and it was apparent that the appraisal was wrong. It was actually a very easy process.

Speaking of meme's, I have a friend who posts endless and meme's and quotes of the inspirational type....to the point where it is impossible to catch any personal news she actually shares. So I unfollow her so all that crap does not end up in my newsfeed. I'll go look for any news when I'm curious....
