Possible feel good story

Postby Twiggler » Wed Jan 24, 2018 5:09 pm

finally realized how to get back on. Here everyday catching up.

Human interest story and if you can help out, even better.

My stepson is sailing around South America. He was in the Navy for 6 years as a rescue swimmer stationed in Guam.He has been out going on 2 years and decided to do this. They are in Ecuador now working on the ship/sailboat. Suppose to be tough sailing around Cape Horn. They are documenting their journey and it is quite interesting to see.
If you are so inclined to follow along check out www.skeletoncrewsailng.com

they are on facebook and easy to find. They are doing this for themselves and Mission 22. An organization helping raise awareness about veterans suicide. If you look at it, find or read Stephens blog. It is a real aye opener.

Stepson hopes to finish his book during this. Which will be an interesting read. The stories he has shared with me I can't believe.

Thanks and I hope you take a look

How cool is that?
If a woman has to choose between catching a fly ball and saving an infant's life, she will choose to save the infant's life without even considering if there is a man on base. — George Bernard Shaw .
