I'm not a big fan of breakfast foods. I can't remember if I ate breakfast growing up. I eat eggs because they are healthy..not because I enjoy them. Unless I'm in Vegas then they have the best omelette!!

I couldn't get either of my kids to eat breakfast while they were growing up...mom fail.

Now..I eat Greek yogurt with berries or a peanut butter based protein bar weekdays... cook eggs sausage & biscuits for hubby when is not working.

My big breakfast is bacon strips, precooked outdoors and frozen, 2 over easy and toast. Another is 7 grain oatmeal with chopped fancy nuts, raisins, and crandberries with cinnamon on top. Or if I'm lazy just a bowl of shredded wheat bites. And 3 to 5 cups of coffee.

Waffles with the grandkids at least once when I'm home. Oatmeal or Malt-O-Meal sometimes just for me.

Nothing I love more than the taste of TART! I look forward to my cranberry juice every morning.

As for the garlic, they sell individual cloves in bins at grocery stores around here, and it's marinating in something..might just be water. The garlic has almost no taste, from soaking like that, and if you eat garlic every day, there is no smell..on you or around you,,seriously.

Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day, I eat a variety of things, sometimes eggs/bacon or sausage, sometimes an english muffin w/peanut butter and honey, other times, oatmeal and the list goes on and on...........but always 1/2 pot of coffee.

Do you have Sprouts near you?

Not going to ask you to try the garlic, but if you have one near you, check out the bins they have with the olives and things like that..that's where they keep the garlic..then you'll know what I mean.

Nope. Just coffee. I'm not gonna feel guilty about it any more. I have an early lunch or mid-morning fruit .

I mostly just eat when I'm hungry, and just 'til I'm not.

Eggs. Almost every day. Sometimes an egg white omelet, sometimes just plain ol' scrambled. Often with one piece of bacon or sausage. 1/2 pc of toast, with butter and jelly. And of course, coffee and lots of it.

But due to scheduling issues today, it was drive through at Whataburger for a jalapeno cheddar biscuit and I'm not the least bit sorry.

The nearest Sprouts right now isn't worth the drive most days. A new one is coming and will be relatively close.

A protein shake, glass of V8 fusion and a hard boiled egg. Takes 5 minutes at the most. Boil the eggs over the weekend and keep them in the fridge.

Usually just a cup of coffee. Then followed up by the rest of the pot.

I just started eating breakfast. 1 cup regular coffee, 1 cup caffeine free, a bowl of cereal with Almond milk. The funny thing is that I'm starving by noon. When I didn't eat, I wasn't hungry at all till about 4 pm. Has anyone else tried almond milk? I really like it but wouldn't have a glass of it, only on cereal. I guess because I never have liked milk.
