Dad acquitted in slaying of driver who killed sons

I've followed this story a little bit.
The guy was accused of killing a drunk driver who killed his two sons.
They didn't find the gun, but the holster and a few rounds of ammo that fit the gun were found at his house.
I think he did it, but I don't mind this verdict.
