What would your employer do if your arrested / convicted ?

Postby John in Plano » Wed Sep 17, 2014 8:51 am

Lot of opinions being bantered about concerning the NFL an its crop of legal issues so I ask.

Depending on the type of offense I would have lost my job or been the butt of a joke.
It's ok if you disagree with me.
I can't force you to be right.

When I was working, if the arrest involved moral turpitude, I'd have been fired...and lost my license.

I mostly worked for myself after college, but I think the few companies would have done this,

arrested=nothing or leave of absence

convicted+ fired w/o benifits
