Ron Johnson and his period as CEO ( he changed the stores, sales cycles etc ) is what sent JC Penney on its death spiral.

Of course you'll ignore the reality and believe a spokesperson caused the bankruptcy.

Its correct I sold to JC Penney for a few years, and I'm confident Mark never did and has little knowledge of the company.

The only time I have ever shopped in there was to buy a few gifts for my daughter. She never asks for anything in there anymore now. They never bothered marketing to the average plus size woman and they are paying for it now.
