Re: German Sausage
After I read the article I wondered, "What is bull flour?"
Best I can determine, it was a grade of flour (how fine the grain was ground) and the brand name was "Bull Meat Four."
I found this:
Welcome to the Brand page for “BULL-MEAT-BRAND FLOUR”, which is offered here for Cereal product used as a binder in sausage, meat loaves, and other meat products.
Its status is currently believed to be active. Its class is unavailable. “BULL-MEAT-BRAND FLOUR” is believed to be currently owned by “NEWLY WEDS FOODS, INC.”
