Democrat power play to oust Biden

This Daily Mail article is full of supposition and speculation, but I just don't see how the Democrats could pull this off. Biden controls the delegates at the convention, and he isn't going anywhere unless he decides to do it himself.

The Democrat party process is a farce. In 2016, the so-called super delegates slanted the process toward the Hildabeast, no matter how many other delegates the other contenders won. In 2020, Obama did his hostile takeover of the primary, getting leaders Warren and Sanders to step aside for Biden. And now, in 2024, the Democrats are acting as though they can just ignore the fact that Biden has all of the delegates.
