Food for thought.
People who say Harris has been in office for 3 1/2 years and hasn’t accomplished what she says she can accomplish (even though she wasn’t the President) need to consider that Cruz has been a US Senator for 11 years. Why hasn’t he already accomplished what he says he can?

Correct: he said that about the vice-presidency. Garner had been the House Speaker prior to becoming VP.
