Soon after Donald Trump’s victory over Kamala Harris in the 2024 US Presidential election, a massive agitation was carried out in Chicago by the United States Palestinian Community Network who protested his win.

In the US election, Trump bagged more votes in Illinois than he did in the last two elections he contested. However, following his win, protest was carried out by a large group of people raising slogans and displaying placards against the US President elect. As per reports, the protesters marched through the streets, chanting slogans like “Not My President,” “Free Palestine,” and “Fight for our freedom”.

They also blocked major roads, which led to massive traffic disruption.

Not just Chicago, protests were also carried out in Philadelphia following Trump’s win. As per Sky News report, many in the city chanted slogans about women’s reproductive rights, trans rights and gun laws.

A report by RFI quoted a protesters, holding a board reading “Fascism – Not Welcome in Philly” as saying that “The outcome to the vote is extremely concerning.”

When those miscreants were arrested, Kamala Harris helped get them bailed out. Or are you saying, "Normal people riot on any or all of the 1460 other days in a four-year period, but not on inauguration day"?

I agree, and long before January 6th, there should have been 10s of thousands of violent Leftists in jail, awaiting prosecution. It has long been my contention that a one part of the unfortunate January 6th event was frustration that Democrats had done virtually nothing to stop the violent protests, and in some cases, tacitly or explicitly encouraged them.
