I like Pete Hegseth but it looks like he could be in some trouble. He was accused of a sexual assault that occurred in 2017. His attorney says the sexual encounter was consensual, but Hegseth paid the accuser a sum of money in return for her signing a non-disclosure agreement. Hegseth was not admitting guilt, but he feared that the accusation would cost him his job at Fox News. An anonymous friend of the accuser has made the story public.
