First, the world has seen that the DOJ declined to charge Matt with any crime, they cited very unreliable witnesses.
Second, in our country, you would think a lawmaker would know the law.
Apparently Swalwell is unaware you have to be proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
An innocent person doesn't have to prove anything, in fact you don't have to say anything.
But this is the level of democrat lawmakers, just scream, stomp your feet and pronounce "Prove it"
Don't forget this is the same Swalwell that was sleeping with a Chinese spy.
