Greg Gutfeld: Alcatraz would be a compromise between the prison in El Salvador and the Roosevelt Hotel in New York.

Trump is nuts to even think about reopening Alcatraz. There are reasons it served as a prison for only 29 years. We already have one of highest, if not the highest, incarceration rates in the world.
A bad peace inevitably leads to a worse war.
