The one-time home of former NFL star Deion Sanders will be sold at auction on Tuesday.
There's no minimum bid for the mansion in Prosper in Collin County, but according to the tax rolls it is worth about $12 million.

You might be able to get a good deal on an old church in Oak Cliff that has a Prime Prep Academy sign on it.
