They don't recommend exercise for weight loss anymore. The additional food that you eat when you exercise cancels out the weight that you loose. And any you loose you will gain back as soon as you stop exercising. At least that's my experience.millergrovesue wrote:Yeah, Dr. Laura says "Eat Less. Move more." Sounds simple but isn't always so.
