Putin is a master hypnotist. He studied it as a KGB officer.
When he visited Bush's ranch several years ago, he supposedly hypnotized Bush into doing his will.
A retired SS agent claims he heard strange sounds coming from a room where Putin and Bush were having a private meeting.
He cracked the door and saw Bush on his hands and knees barking like a dog, with Putin directing him.

This story was making the rounds several years ago.
I'm sure it's a lie, but the the funniest lie I've ever heard.

I figured he must have had some help. Nobody could have done as much stupid stuff as he did all by themselves.
