Resizeing my avitar picture

Can someone tell me how to resize my avatar picture so that it will fit into the required space? Or maybe capture it for me and resize it....need help.

I increased the size limit on the avatars, give it another shot.

OTT there is no option to allow .gif files for an avatar.

I made an exception for avatar file size, try it again.

Kathy, do you have Office Photo Manager?
I went into that program and resized my avatar to fit the requirements of the board.

If you don't have that ability--email me your photo and I'll resize it and email back to you.
Your avatar can be from your computer--does not have to be an online site.

The avatars are showing up on the RIGHT side of the posts, is there an option to change that?

How do you even load an avatar? I see no option.
