Went to a customer's place yesterday, the place was like a ghost town. They were down from 25 employees to 3. Their main customer is a .gov supplier.The .gov is screwing them.

Their employment level is down from 113 to 15.

The .gov is holding them hostage for delivery of product to the tune of 5 million in back payments over 6 months.

Their sin, the medical device tax. The .gov suddenly declared the product they are buying is a medical device, it was previously deemed a supplement to therapy.

The supplier is between a rock and a hard place, they have to meet the contract minimums or be fined, but the .gov won't pay due to the disagreement over the device tax.

So the .gov is killing at least two businesses, and probably more, Thanks Obamacare.

The device they manufacture, and your .gov has a 10 million dollar a year contract for?
