Can someone explain how an injury that causes a starting pitcher to miss close to six weeks of the season, has 5 months to do whatever baseball players do in the offseason, and lo and behold, two weeks into spring training and the pitching arm is no bueno?
I'm thinking the curse of Nolan Ryan is real and has ruined Jon Daniels brain, if he had one to start with.
