1. Mississippi

2. Louisiana

3. Tennessee

4. Illinois

5. Pennsylvania

6. Alabama

7. Alaska

I cannot agree with this list.
where is
New York
Michigan
New Jersey
Massachusetts
California

There is an obvious logical fallacy in the study's methodology in that the more efficient a state is in convicting crooked politicians the more corrupt it is declared to be.

I suspect most politicians are convicted in federal courts.
