They are releasing water from Lavon!

Wow! Plano's main water supply has too MUCH water. Fri we move from watering twice a month to twice a week. :D

I saw a kid on TV who was putting himself through school, hand watering by the hour.

Watering ever other week was the pits. You can't program that. So, you have to turn the system on and off. If you forget or are gone you can go for a whole month in the middle of the summer with no water.

Our sprinkler system lets us water every two weeks. I can handle the sprinkling system, but the drip irrigation system drives me crazy. Hubs goes out and 1,2,3 and he's back in having his coffee. We haven't had to use any of it lately though.

I asked one of my hill country clients about the situation on Lake LBJ. He said there is very little change in the lake level. They need a lot more rain.
