   I shake my head when I see people recording something through their phone that is a once in a lifetime experience instead of watching it with their actual eyes. Whole 'nother kind of thinking going on there than what goes on in my brain. Yeah, I'm O-L-D!!!!!

There have been times I've recorded something and seen more of what was going on, like facial expressions or widening of the eyes. Maybe because I was concentrating on the person or animal more than I normally would. I'd view it and be surprised at what I caught.

And perhaps that's one reason for recording. Hadn't thought about that.
