You don't shoot a man in the head unless you intend to kill him. It was an execution.
The point is he was murdered. No he was shot while attacking a federal agent He told a friend that was what he suspected might happenSo? Several eyewitness's said Michael Brown had his hands up shouting don't shoot and was shot in the back . And why was he being questioned in his apartment and not a proper facility? Todashev refused to meet with agents at the police station. The report said he was upset that federal immigration officials had detained his girlfriend, who they would later deport. They agreed to interview him at home. The agent didn't just fire a shot to stop him, he emptied half of a clip into him.So what did you expect? When someone who is known to be a martial artist with a history of violence attacks a cop, he is probably gonna get shot

An obvious explanation of why he "suspected" that he would die in an attack on the officers was because that is what he intended to happen, which is why he insisted the interview take place in his apartment on his home turf. Is it not now clear to anyone that many of these people are on suicide missions?jellowrestling wrote:planosteve wrote:The point is he was murdered.
