Nope- banning logos and symbols is too close to what China or the USSR would do.
We don't want to get into that.
The government should track them down and prosecute them and forget the big brotherism.

off topic but for example china and Russia would do an [putincare] MANDATE and here we are following Russia and china with his obamacare mandate . Anyway , Feds may do the logo banning according to the article and I just disagree with it if they do .

I just see it as small interest 'counter culture' news Sue and I don't think that it would be important to most people that would likely support or not care about the banning of what they see as motorcycle GANG colors . Therefore the 'msm' is not running the story !! Story just takes space and is pretty unimportant to most people I think .

I think it's pretty important.
If the feds can ban logos they don't like, what's to keep them from banning the NRA logo (for example).
They can claim it contributes to gun deaths.
The Coca Cola logo contributes to obesity.
What would be next?

course I agree Bill , but the feds , government , epa , osha , and many other agengies have been banning or mandating all sorts of thing since the middle sixties I think [fed imposed helmet and speed limit laws] . If they can mandate obamacare and no smoking in privately owned bars and restaurants , no peanuts in schools what can't they ban ??

In 2008, the ATF issued 110 arrest warrants in four states, accusing club members of murder, drug trafficking, robbery, extortion and money laundering. As part of a plea deal, the club president forfeited rights to the Mongol trademark to the Department of Justice, and a federal judge granted an injunction prohibiting club members from wearing, licensing, selling, or distributing the any materials depicting the Mongolian warrior.

FYI...there is no Federal helmet law. There are still states in which hardly anyone wears a helmet..Florida comes to mind.

yeah agree after thinking , course I think that I'm correct on some of the other stuff that I mention . And , I think that 'feds' influence state laws by withholding funding if states don't follow their decrees .
