This is exactly what should happen! How to make it happen - I don't know.

What I got out of the SCOTUS ruling is that the rights of a minority group trumps my right to disagree.
It's a joke son,I say a joke
Re: unconditional surrender or Civil Disobediance
think that its got to be individual action , Churches have to be willing to give up tax free status and speak the truth with no fear and be ready to fight . And individuals need to do the same sorta thing like that heroic Donald Trump who has independence . Regular people have got to do the same as Polically Correct drones point their fingers and call names . And employers will fire free speakers because of their point of view . Already most government employees know that they better keep there mouths shut and the same probably applies to private employers , especially the big names . I mean , look how they go after Donald Trumps opinion , its just that he doesn't care and so he says what he likes no matter who likes it . --------- just a thought !!

and yeah , what is it , is it 'judicial tyranny' or tyranny by the minority ?? Either way it looks like tyranny to me and that's the deal with both obamacare and gay marriage in my opinion !!
Re: unconditional surrender or Civil Disobediance
Excuse me but, don't give up the tax free status, the states want to slap a lien on the church, fine, the states don't want the expense of owning a church, multiply that by say 5000 churches. The state has to sell the said 5000 churches to recoup their taxes. Who wants a church, who can afford a church, 5000 churches sold on the court house square, who wants the headline "I bought the first baptist for 200 bucks. ". That kind of publicity will ruin you, big town or small town.
The same sex marriage ruling, don't issue a license, can't get married without one. This never was about equality,it was telling the church and religion to ****off. Then the left figured out that if the tax free status was in play , well what a great way to silence religion from encouraging you to vote, and how a vote would keep abortions down, or whatever the crisis of the moment is.

AND one of the first to get nailed , well he is suspended for flying the Confederate Flag in Minnesota . Probably suspended with pay while they make him sweat and wait for his heartfelt apology . --- http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2015/07/0 ... 32312.html --- course , this is the way that its going to work . Pretty soon everyone will have gotten the message and just keep their mouths shut and hide .

I don't think seperation of church and state ever really worked. You can preach about anything you want in a church. But, you can't actually do anything you want unless you want to risk going to jail.
The issue of abortion in particular is very ambiguous in the Jewish religion. So, when you have a court 40% of the Sematic persuasion in a country in which they are only a small 2% faction, you are going to have a problem.

Make America Great Again. Impeach Trump!

Re: unconditional surrender or Civil Disobediance
yeah , but the issue of abortion is about 50 years old and I don't think that that issue had anything to do with what the 'supremes' just did , does it . And , I was interested when I did find that there were no Protestants on the supreme court . I was interested because its interesting to see but the idea that the supremes are Jews and Catholics never alarmed me as the last 2 cases . Gay marriage and obamacare should have nothing to do with being a Jew or a Catholic unless Protestants are better critical thinkers and following the law as it is written .

Re: unconditional surrender or Civil Disobediance
Didn't the fear mongering idiots in DC decided the 50s were the time to interject GOD into the pledge of allegiance and print it on our currency ?
It's ok if you disagree with me.
I can't force you to be right.

In God We Trust has been on Yankee coinage for a long time; it along with the "Under God" clause were added 50 odd years ago as a reaction against "Godless Commies".
You can hang it on Yankees doing the "Lords Work !"; if you doubt me just ask them
