Three minimum meals a day, a jump suit and hard work for your entire 5 year sentence, no time off. Then you get deported.

No other crime needs to be committed to get you there.

That is all just theoretical, in reality federal prosecution guidelines mean that no illegal alien is going to be prosecuted for illegal entry or reentry unless there are all sorts of aggravating factors.
