Tubal ligation is actually endoscopic surgery so why go with this? And if circumstances change, sometimes it can be reversed, but sometimes not.

The advertisements were touting the fact that tubal ligation requires surgery but this procedure could be done in the physician's office--saving $$ plus not requiring anesthesia.
