That's neat Sue. Not too many old style department stores still in operation....most of them get closed for new shiny ones around here. The oldest one I can think of around here is the Neiman's in Downtown Dallas which I haven't been to in ages.

During the very brief time I lived in Dallas (early 70s) I worked in the Medical Arts Building which was just a few doors from Neiman's. I don't think I ever walked into the store. There was a fabulous deli (first deli I had ever seen) right in that area too.

Bob and I are very big fans of organ music and organs in general so any organ stories are fascinating to us.

We have a nice pipe organ at our church. Finally hired someone full time that could play it every Sunday.

My home church has a fabulous pipe organ and always has. And we've been blessed to have some wonderful organists. Just no instrument as regal as an organ.
