But I'll bet you haven't done it.

Get out there and wash those coils on your outside A/C unit.

We had such a pollen problem this year, Steve's been pretty pro-active. If all that gunk was in the pool, he knew it was on the coils and other things, too.

Thanks for the reminder. It is awfully dusty out there. My car is just nasty. It lives in a carport. The truck lives in the garage.

You also need to pour bleach down the drain for the water.

At the age of 60 I sold my last house, after being a homeowner for around 40 years and being single the last 20, I was ready for someone else to worry about the upkeep of my residence. I moved into an gated apartment. Ten years later, I am in the same apartments, with a view off my patio of a flowing creek and ducks galore. I dont miss a house, especially dont miss:
lawn care
cleaning gutters
cleaning the garage
dripping faucets
ice dispenser broken(again)
overflowing toilets
changing hard to reach light bulbs
yearly a/c inspection
keeping the wood fence up to par
yearly tree trimming
repairing sprinkler head
annual chimney clean-out
annual termite inspection
new batteries for fire alarm alerts
Spot painting , so the HOA doesn't have a hissy fit
cleaning up the driveway from a small oil leak

There are others I"M sure, but you get the idea why I like my apt. living. I'm off to one of the thre pools my complex has for some work on my tan. Thats my kind of work nowdays.

Yeah, we had backups in the old house. Not a nice situation. I think the drain in this house is sealed so can't be bleached.
