For those of you who have been deceived into believing this was some kind of victory. I was just reviewing the stories when I discovered that your hero left jail under exactly the same terms the judge offered her before he locked her up. Got that, EXACTLY the same deal. Apparently, my understanding of "as long as it takes" is somehow flawed.

Anyone want to bet that her attorney is serious when he predicts she won't keep her promise to the judge? Personally, I think her attorneys are orchestrating this. They might all need to be charged with conspiracy to commit contempt. I think that would get her out of office, the duties of which she is no longer "factually able" to fulfill.

To summarize what CD said, there is no definition of marriage and the SCOTUS didn't make a law, they re-defined discrimination. So I ask if, there is no law and they didn't make a marriage law,why did she go to jail? All the good democrats say that gay marriage is the law of the land, now this is a conundrum.

What it boils down to is that democrats have no set of beliefs that they will stick to, what ever gets them the most votes is what they believe in.

Now what was Obamas position on gay marriage 6 years ago? Hillary has now come out against her husband, you remember him don't you? He's the one that signed DOMA into law.

If tomorrow democrats see a sizable voter block in the pedophile community and NAMBLA starts hollering, guess what will follow.

Democrats may not be evil, but they are damn sure disgusting rudderless fools.
It's a joke son,I say a joke

I think the 6th amendment makes clear that the Constitution and laws of the US are the supreme law of the land and overrules any contrary state or local laws or regulations.
I don't think the end is near anymore. :D I think it's HERE! :o

There is nothing complicated in the Constitution.

It was written by and for regular folks.
