Hillary says she's not truly well off

Postby BillB » Mon Jun 23, 2014 6:27 am

Hillary Clinton claims that she and Bill are not "truly well off".

here's the article: http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/pos ... -well-off/

I don't believe she can be elected. She does not know when to stop lying. She's been doing it so long she can't help it.

compared to Bill Gates . . .

So what's the problem? Does she have to carry her own bags at the airport?

It is starting to look like she is going to "gaff" her way right out of the nomination.

I hope you're right, but I won't believe it until she has a serious contender. Someone also, who has some money to back their challenge. Give the devil her do, the Clinton machine is formidable.
Toto, we're not in Kansas anymore.

She probably sold her soul to get Bill elected; doesn't have another to sell for future use...

Bill Clinton was a good politician. I don't think Hillary is.
She should have beaten Obama in 2008. He was an unknown and she started with all the money in the world. She ran a terribly poor campaign.
The lies do her in. Remember her Bosnian sniper fire? A totally needles lie. She's pathological.

Her two greatest triumphs are:

Labeling those telling the truth "A vast Right Wing Conspiracy"

Covering up the details behind Vince Foster's Death

The part about Hillary should have won in 2008, I do not agree with.

I think this is something I was and am still more in tune with, than anyone else here..that there was no way this country was NOT going to vote for a black man, when finally given the chance.

There are certain segments of voters that think it will be time to elect a woman..but this phenomenon is NOWHERE NEAR as strong as the "gotta elect the black guy" thing was.

..and the black guy was new..Hillary is like an old shoe that keeps falling from the top of the closet.

I think you might be right regarding the general election. I don't think that happened in the Democrat primary. The way the primary unfolded bears that out.
Obama ran an extremely smart campaign and Hillary ran a dumb and lazy one. She threw money at it without any real strategy.
Obama concentrated his effort and money into delegate rich precincts. Hillary made no such distinction.
There were several large states that Hillary won and Obama walked away with most of the delegates.
There was no mad rush to nominate Obama. He ground it out state by state.
