Of course, ot all opponents of the death penalty are liberals. The same way that all Pro Lifers arent Conservatives that want to bomb abortion clinics. There ARE some people that have convictions that cross political boundaries, for what its worth.
Of course, but I'm talking about the sorry SOB's who postured outrage over the death penalty because they wanted to taint George Bush's candidacy. Probably not too many conservatives in that crowd. Compare how executions were covered by the national media in 1999 and how they are covered now.
