Since I don't watch Dr. Oz, I had not heard of this. However, to sum it up--the syrup increases trips to the toilet and therefore you drop some pounds.
Side effects: diarrhea, gas, stomach cramps etc.
I think I'll pass.

No time to eat when you're stuck in the euphemism!
Closing Time. Every new beginning comes from some other beginning's end.

No thank you. I'd like to lose 20 lbs but I will do it on my own..or not. No tricks for me. Interesting though.

Zephyr thinks he's smart. He said onions are the only food that makes him cry. So I threw a coconut at his face.

Heard it on the news (no joke this time)...and I was intrigued enough to research it.
No thank you.
I do need to drop 30 unnecessary pounds that can be accomplished in a realistic time frame...but have found it easier to sit at home and not do much as I try to get us settled from a recent move...I know the first 30 will be easy...the last 10 will be the real test of strength to keep a disciplined regimen (mind over matter)...I just need to put one foot in front of the other...but a part of me just feels like I need to have the voice of a drill instructor riding my tail.....
Bottom line: One has to work at losing the weight if they plan to keep it off for a long time....else the fad will fade and the weight return doubles.
No thank you.

if Dr OZ lived 150 years ago (or so) he'd come riding into town on a wagon.
He'd be selling snake oil to cure everything.
one could go broke quickly trying all the stuff he pushes.
