!!
We are watching the courtroom evidence.
Sheesh--the man was sextexting 6 women on the day of the child's death. explicit photos.........
He looked up websites on being child free........plus, as already reported, the sites on kids dying in the car and temperatures required for that.

I have difficulty in believing that anyone could do this unintentionally.

Me, too, Grouchy.
You may remember that I am a retired daycare provider for infants and toddlers for over 15 years (not counting the years I raised my own, and my girlfriend's kiddos). I NEVER forgot that a child was in my car. I just don't see how that happens. But I try to not judge. I suppose some people are more preoccupied with business than I ever was. And I know accidents happen. Yadadada....I just can't imagine not being aware that a child is in the back seat.
But, OMG...sounds like this guy was a mess...looking for a place to unload his family.

I don't understand leaving a kid in a car, but I'll pretend a person could..........and it really be an accident.
Today's facts are shocking.........
Even if I went "half way" with his version of events, I have to stop when he got in the vehicle and drove several blocks and said he didn't notice the child.....
The police say the stench of death made it almost impossible to be in the car hours later........
Looking up the videos etc about kids/animals dying in the car = very odd.
Saying he forgot baby, but had a 6 minute conversation with day care the same day = odd
Two life insurance policies on a baby. odd
Wife saying "You didn't tell the police too much, did you?" = odd
Wife saying to day care, "He must be dead in car" before the death was noted. VERY ODD
Will the wife be charged?
Sextexting with minor girls---will they slap a charge on him for that in the near future?

I thought it was quite shocking that the wife said that the baby must have been left in the car ..sounds like she knew that the baby was going to be left in the car. and, even her mother in a phone call asked why aren't you crying ?

Casey Anthony was a good looking woman.
It's all the difference in the world in a court of law.
