And you know what happens when these people get put on stretchers in the ER hall because the rooms are filled with real traumatic and emergent cases? They complain to the state department of health, which shows unannounced up to do an inspection of the facility. Of course, that's a distraction that further affects the ER's ability to adequately handle the true emergency cases.
