Could DART use this to solve problems?
This could resolve the issue on where to build new tracks in downtown for the light rail.

I think Dallas needs a Subway system. Underground, its not causing traffic jams, delays, etc. There is a reason Moscow,London, Tokyo, New York, Paris and many others have gone under. Maybe its time Dallas did too.

I have always heard our soil is too unstable for a subway.
Downtown has a maze of underground tunnels for walking around downtown without confronting the weather elements or the traffic.

Trains are very expensive..many multiples of building roads.
Subways are off the charts.
