PSA for those who have need of scholarship info

My brother knows a young man who received one of these scholarships.
I had not heard of it, but it is relatively new on the education scene.

Limitation: It is only for students who graduate from a Texas HS.
My brother said the kid he knew studied in New Zealand and Australia last year. (not sure how that happened since the site says it must be a state public university)
