I will say this about him.....he did rehab himself and his many gold medals speak for him. And he didn't tear up a gas station and lie about it.

From what I have heard, there is lying going on on BOTH sides. According to what I read, only an advertising sign was torn down. That would not justify security pulling a gun on the guys. Lochte should have not gone to the media with his story though even if he had told the truth to begin with.

I admire Michael Phelps. He screwed up, owned his mistake and got himself straightened out. I hope he continues on a productive path.

Lochte seems to be an all American prick.

Our basketball team went to the most famous brothel in Rio.
