Obsolete word

The British librarian has brought this to our attention.
She thinks the word needs to be revived.

Clatterfart == a chatterer, babbler, blabber.

Tea + Water = Tea
Tea + Water + Sweetener = Sweet Tea
Any other designation is redUNdant
