It is not a Steve Bannon book, the book is by a major slimeball named Michael Wolff.

It's just that there are supposed "quotes" in the book by Bannon..and those quotes are all that the scum media are talking about.

And all the Trump Derangement Syndrome patients are now buying it.

If it were me or anyone else, and it was a bunch of malarkey, we would just let it all come out in the wash. Maybe sue for defamation after publication.
