Last time I purchased a house, it took weeks for the paperwork. Now, I have heard of it all getting done within 2 weeks. Internet title searches etc. speed things up. But, waiting on an inspector can slow the process down.
There is no rushing Nextdoor the company that owns the house I want. They have owned it since MAY 2017 but still don't seem motivated to take a substantially lower offer. Strange, but I am not giving up yet.
