In today's America, where half the citizens don't pay taxes, it is now a 50/50 proposition.
If there is going to be a tax on income, nobody should pay zero. Zero liability voters shouldn't be allowed to vote.
I don't know exactly how that would work, but I agree. And that's why the Founders only allowed property owners to vote.
