However, last year, 2019, there was also a 1.12% increase. Did we miss a pandemic in 2019?
There is a .12% increase projected for this year based on info to date. But, that is the same increase as last year when there was no pandemic. So, where is the pandemic?
A .12% increase is not the same as 1.12 times the previous year. The latter is a 12% increase.
