You're probably right: he should have framed it differently:

"The people who want to 'police disinformation' are the same f***wits who tell you that men can get pregnant".

See, here's why it's funny:
1. Men can't get pregnant; only women can, because men have penises, not vaginas. So, that's disinformation.
2. Now that I've added an f-bomb, it's WAY funnier. Humor is dialed up exponentially when f-bombs are added.

I think he's wrong about her political career. She'll probably will just switch to Democrat. Her numbers are way down already.
