The CDC has three parallel missions.
1. Stop the spread of Ebola in the US.
2. Prevent public panic.
3. Cover up their own inadequacies.

We have to keep this in mind with every announcement they make.
They will not admit their "protocol" is defective because that will violate #3.

Since the CDC is under the control of the executive branch and therefore Obama, there is only one priority: Cover up and blame somebody else for everything that goes wrong.

That's true.
Also remember that the government has a tenancy to lie even when it doesn't need to.

Yes. Deny, blame, and lie.

The problem with the CDC lies is that Friedan is just not a very good liar.

Various strains of this disease are airborne, if just temporarily. Sometimes temporarily is good enough.

If this poor nurse dies Duncan was and is nothing more than a selfish murderer.

And now for good measure we send 3000 of our troops to Africa. How many American lives will be lost, in Africa, and then when they come back home and transmit to others like this nurse?

The solution to containment is simple; deny entry to those with passports from affected countries and airdrop medial supplies to them until the crisis is over. Until that happens Obama is complicit in every death of every American that occurs from this.

I'm curious to know if the nurse who had it treated him after the Ebola was known or on the first visit.....
Either way, she should have had gloves on.

Story on line says that the man who died vomited on the lawn of his apartment prior to going to the hospital......

She treated him after the Ebola was known.
That question was answered in the press conference, this morning.

I was at church and saw no press conference.

She also wore "protective gear" gown, booties, gloves, respirator, and face shield. And I have no doubt she was motivated to observe proper protocols since she knew he was a Ebola case.

Same for the Spanish Nurse.

How come there are 2 groups being monitored by separate groups ?

48 watched/monitored by Dallas County and 18 medical workers being watched/monitored by the hospital

too many groups using tax dollars and politicians chasing tv time
It's ok if you disagree with me.
I can't force you to be right.

I'm so skeptical of anything the CDC says now.
